Tolvader- First meeting

Sorry I couldn't come up with a better title 

~Story~ 
The evening was cold and rain was just starting. Kristoph and Klavier were out in the woods, Klavier a little more than unhappy. "I can't believe you forgotten your bag out here, and I don't know why I have to come along", Klavier said as she pouted. Kristoph was mute, but he had learned other ways to communicate with his sister, including sign language, which he relied on the most. He turned around and looked at her signing "Well for one, I'm sorry, and two; we both know you're the better fighter here" he smiled. Kristoph always knew how to brighter Klavier's mood. She smiled and placed an arm around his shoulder as the walked and snarkly added "That's true, but you owe me big time for dragging me out in the rain." He nodded. They continued on for sometime, it was getting colder by the minute. Kristoph had noticed in the bushed the strap to his bag. Eagerly, he ran over to retrieve it without taking  in his surroundings. Klavier had noticed something strange, she yelled for Kristoph to stay back but before she could get the full warning out there was growling followed by a sound that seemed to be a mix of a bark and a roar. Kristoph fell back, clearly shocked and bleeding from a long gash on his chest. Klavier quickly ran to his side to help him, when she looked up to see what had caused this wound on her brother and what had made that low growling sound earlier. When she looked up, she saw two some what large canines, she didn't recognize them at first but upon further inspection she realized they were tolvaders. The larger one was male, various shades of gray faded together with darker stripes on his hind quarters. The large male was standing over a smaller female, who looked frail and sick. Klavier kept on hand on Kristoph's shoulder and raised the other as to say stay. She talked quietly and calmly to them, "We are only here for the bag", she gestured to it hidden slightly in the bushes sitting next to the two beasts, "We mean no harm." The small female looked up at the male, as she stood over her growling, ready to attack again. She moved her head, grabbing the strap and flinging the bag to Kristoph and Klavier. The male seemed in shock at her actions looking down at her, but she just stared at Kristoph and Klavier as Klavier reached for the bag and began digging through it. Klavier produced some bandages from the bag and began to help Kristoph. Klavier helped her brother up and turned to walk away, not before thanking the two animals for not killing them and returning her brother's bag. As the siblings made the'r way home, Klavier noticed the two following them back. When she got Kristoph inside and properly bandaged she went back out to confront the two animals. She stood in front of them, the female having trouble standing and the male almost seeming to be begging. Klavier saw that the girl wouldn't last much longer and gave into her softer side, letting the two inside to warm up. While Kristoph slept, she cared to the girl and feed them both. From then on a relationship began to build.
